We hope you love your Pickleball Friends Club merch, but if you need to return or exchange any items, here is our return policy and return instructions.
Return Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to be eligible for return
- Tags must be attached to be eligible to return
- No restocking fee's
- No final sale items
Return Instructions
- When you are ready to return your item, email pickleballfriendsclub@gmail.com with your name, order number, and which items you wish to return or exchange.
- You will receive an email with instructions and Return Authorization notification that you will need to print and include with the items. We recommend shipping with proof of delivery or tracking number. Pickleball Friends Club is not responsible for any lost returns.
- Once we receive your items, we will send an email notification, inspect your return, and issue a refund or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning an item.
- Our return window is 30 days from delivery.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
